Business Development Director
Jason Weeden joined Elior North America as the Business Development Director in August 2018. Prior to his current role, he had 16 years of experience with increasing responsibility in the food service contract management industry. Jason has held leadership positions in food service operations, sales design, and growth enablement. Most recently he led the Project Management Office for a Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for a team that provided new sales and retention support for 3 sectors in the hospitality industry. He was able to drive strategy, collaboration, predictability, and optimize resources and process; which resulted in industry leading new sales and retention win rates.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Mercyhurst University and a master’s degree in Organizational Management from Misericordia University.
Jason resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife and two children.
Kelsey Schultz joined the company in June of 2017. As the Human Resources Business Partner, Kelsey works closely with Corporate Chef’s senior leaders to align business objectives with employees and management alike. Kelsey is passionate about employee engagement, training and development.
In her most recent role, Kelsey was the HR Generalist for Elior NA, supporting Contract Services across multiple brands. Kelsey partnered with the business to drive strategic initiatives aligned with short-term and long-term goals.
Kelsey holds a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management and Masters of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Kelsey currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and being outdoors in her free time
Elizabeth M. Ward, M.S., R.D., is an award-winning nutrition communicator, writer, and recipe developer. Her latest book is Expect The Best: Your Guide to Healthy Eating Before, During, and After Pregnancy (second edition). She is also the author of MyPlate for Moms, How to Feed Yourself & Your Family Better. Ward writes for publications including Muscle & Fitness Hers and Men’s Fitness magazines, and has been a contributing writer for WebMD and USAToday.com. She is also the author of Betteristhenewperfect.com.
As a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for nine years, Ward was featured in hundreds of print and broadcast interviews, including CNN, U.S. News & World Report, The New York Times, and The Boston Globe. She has appeared on The Today Show and The Dr. Oz Show, and was a regular guest on Fox 25’s Morning News in Boston for six years.
Ward has been a speaker at more than 100 professional meetings, including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Food and Nutrition Conference, the Massachusetts Dietetic Association, the American College of Nurse-Midwives, and the Florida Dietetic Association.
Ward created and conducted corporate nutrition education programs for five years at Medical Care Affiliates in Boston, where she also counseled ambulatory patients. She has worked at the Joslin Diabetes Center and the American Heart Association, and for seven years counseled children and adults at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Boston.
Ward completed her undergraduate degree in human nutrition at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; a one-year dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and a masters degree in Mass Communication at Boston University. She is the recipient of the 125 Alumni to Watch Award from the University of Massachusetts, the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award from the Massachusetts Dietetic Association, and the 2011 Media Excellence Award from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Ward lives in Reading, MA, with her husband and three daughters.
Kelly Kijanka joined the company in February 2014. In her position she is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs, processes, objectives and initiatives for the Brand. She provides strategic support to locations, business units, business development and Elior North America to drive growth.
Her passions involve graphic design, merchandising and business development. She is dedicated in supporting the team with her motivation, innovative spirit and vast knowledge of marketing practices.

Director of Finance
Salvatore Zottola joined Aladdin as the Director of Finance in January 2017. Prior to his role at Aladdin he had over 16 years of finance an accounting experience of increasing responsibility. Most recently he was Finance Manager for PPG Industries where he was responsible for all financial metrics and reporting within their Packaging Coatings business unit. He was able to drive accountability and financial metrics to aid in the strategic business decisions.
Salvatore holds a business degree with a major in accounting from Duquesne University and an MBA from Waynesburg University.

Lori has been with Corporate Chefs since 2004. Lori has held various leadership roles that support the company’s business development efforts and client satisfaction. Lori’s background and strengths are in operations, sales, and finance, which have been essential to the growth of Corporate Chefs. Lori has extensive catering, business dining, and accounting experience. In her current role with New Business Openings and Operations, Lori utilizes her expertise in opening new cafes and managing account retention efforts to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. Lori works directly with on-site managers and clients, and her results-driven, hands-on, customer-focused approach ensures Corporate Chefs’ programs are a success.

Roxanne Ayres joined the Corporate Chefs Team approximately August 2005, as a District
Manager. Her region covers the Mid Atlantic; Virginia, Maryland & Washington DC.
Before that she worked for Compass Group as a Training Manager and District Manager; from
October 1996 thru June 2005.
She went to college in Syracuse, New York; major in Business Administration.
She is originally from Syracuse , New York, currently resides in Odenton, Maryland; loves the

Sarah West joined Corporate Chefs in May 1988. Currently she is a Regional Operations Manager responsible for account management in business dinning within the Elior-NA family. Helder Pedrosa joined Corporate Chefs in 2016. Helder offers 25 years of accomplished and diverse Food Service Management experience across multiple sectors in the Hospitality Industry: Higher Education, Government Services, Corporate B & I and Catering Operations. He has held Executive Chef positions in distinguished locations at Hilton Hotels, The U.S Department of Defense at the Pentagon, The State Department of the United States, The United States House of Representatives, and the Smithsonian Castle Museum. Helder brings a wealth of knowledge, culinary expertise, and a passion for elevating guest experiences in every account he works in. Helder is a graduate of The New York Restaurant School, where he studied Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. Helder grew up in Newark, N.J., and has resided in Annapolis, Md., for the last 20 years
Leo joined Corporate Chefs in 2002. Throughout Leo’s nearly two-decade tenure with Corporate Chefs, he has been an accomplished Chef, Chef Manager, and Food Service Director before his current role as a District Chef. Leo is a prime example of our belief of promoting from within. He excels in culinary innovation and customizing service to individual needs. Leo utilizes his high-end restaurant, catering, and business dining experience to exceed client expectations and support our growth with new clients. Leo resides in Worcester, MA with his wife Paula.
