Provided training and mentoring to District Managers on client relations, motivating teams, cost controls and overall professionalism. Has increased client retention, engagement and referrals.
Managing Director of Growth
Gina brings a wealth of corporate experience and passion to the team. The majority of her career was spent overseeing marketing efforts for Restaurant Associates, as Vice President of Marketing & Communications. In this role she led the strategic marketing, promotional and PR implementation as well as oversaw the sustainability and wellness initiatives for the company. She was also a key member of the sales team helping RA grow their organization with prestigious clients in the cultural, corporate dining, education and government arenas.
Regional Finance Director
Salvatore Zottola joined Aladdin as the Director of Finance in January 2017. Prior to his role at Aladdin he had over 16 years of finance an accounting experience of increasing responsibility. Most recently he was Finance Manager for PPG Industries where he was responsible for all financial metrics and reporting within their Packaging Coatings business unit. He was able to drive accountability and financial metrics to aid in the strategic business decisions.
Salvatore holds a business degree with a major in accounting from Duquesne University and an MBA from Waynesburg University.

Throughout Leo’s nearly two-decade tenure with Corporate Chefs, he has been an accomplished Chef, Chef Manager, and Food Service Director before his current role as a District Chef. Leo is a prime example of our belief of promoting from within. He excels in culinary innovation and customizing service to individual needs. Leo utilizes his high-end restaurant, catering, and business dining experience to exceed client expectations and support our growth with new clients. Leo resides in Worcester, MA with his wife Paula.
Elizabeth M. Ward, M.S., R.D., is an award-winning nutrition communicator, writer, and recipe developer. Her latest book is Expect The Best: Your Guide to Healthy Eating Before, During, and After Pregnancy (second edition). She is also the author of MyPlate for Moms, How to Feed Yourself & Your Family Better. Ward writes for publications including Muscle & Fitness Hers and Men’s Fitness magazines, and has been a contributing writer for WebMD and USAToday.com. She is also the author of Betteristhenewperfect.com.
As a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for nine years, Ward was featured in hundreds of print and broadcast interviews, including CNN, U.S. News & World Report, The New York Times, and The Boston Globe. She has appeared on The Today Show and The Dr. Oz Show, and was a regular guest on Fox 25’s Morning News in Boston for six years.
Ward has been a speaker at more than 100 professional meetings, including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Food and Nutrition Conference, the Massachusetts Dietetic Association, the American College of Nurse-Midwives, and the Florida Dietetic Association.
Ward created and conducted corporate nutrition education programs for five years at Medical Care Affiliates in Boston, where she also counseled ambulatory patients. She has worked at the Joslin Diabetes Center and the American Heart Association, and for seven years counseled children and adults at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Boston.
Ward completed her undergraduate degree in human nutrition at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; a one-year dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and a masters degree in Mass Communication at Boston University. She is the recipient of the 125 Alumni to Watch Award from the University of Massachusetts, the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award from the Massachusetts Dietetic Association, and the 2011 Media Excellence Award from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Ward lives in Reading, MA, with her husband and three daughters.
